The Rules: Keilments.

I am doing this for constructive critisism and expression of my thoughts. Pay attention to it, you may learn a thing or two. (I do this with about everything I make on the internet... Think of ways to make it better and look for loopholes). Remember, this thread is COMPLETELY my opinion... I am not trying to change the rules or this forum in any means. I really don't care if anyone reads it or not, just don't get mad at me for it. Thanks.

the earned ones are earned by doing good on the boards, turning in offeneders. The rules are as folows:
#1: no spamming, this is unfair as you can rasie rank higer by doing this
#2: no advertising! no no no no no! i will not have it!
#3: Acting like a Nephrus, basicly, if i give you power, don't abuse it by closing topics and banning people for the most trivial of reasons
#4: you can flame [PUT THINGS IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS], but, only if you need to yell, doing it for fun will not be tolerated!
#5: no harrasing the people with power higer than yours, if you do, i'll give them the promission to ban you!
#6: no making fun of people because of ranks! if you do you will be banned! you may thing i'm being harsh, but i want this to be a place where all kinds and all ages can chat and not feel unwelcome!
#7: most importantly of all, no cussing, sexaul content, inaproprate language, inaproprate hyperlinks, basicly, nothing inaproprate at all!

Where are these member titles from? They seem just SOOOO Random. Also it seems that some people have their names as a user title. That is a bit confusing.
The post numbers... Are those anything specific, or just some random numbers? 0, 10, 12, 32, 59, 329, 500, 1000, 3000.
To think about it, I believe there should be a bit more and with some pips. Wouldn't you like to have a small image above your name instead of a random word?

Now comments on individual rules... Bold is what I think about them, and itallics is what I think it should say. (I also like to find loopholes). I will beat each one with my Grafatical Hammer and make each sentance more readable.

#1: No spamming. This is unfair as you can raise rank higher by doing this.
-1a: When I joined my first forums, I had an idea of what SPAM was right off the bat, for it had a good description in it.
-1b: This can easily be avoided by removing a spammer's post rights for a small amount of time. They will learn after a couple weeks of interesting conversations and not being able to post in them.
-1c: Also, spamming can easily be taken care of: Count up the number of Spam posts, and remove that many from the spammer's post count, then delete them. Bye bye spam. It may seem like a hassle, but that is why there are Administrators and Moderators... Let them do their Job.
-1d: This rule is so vague, that, if I had no idea of what spam is, then I would be posting my stupid randomness everywhere.
#1: NO SPAMMING! This is rule one because spam is the most annoying thing you can see in a forum. SPAM is an acronym for 'Stupid Pointless Annoying Message'--Posting it will get your butt in deep trouble. Posting things like, "Hunger feeeeeeeed", " ", "Boo!" in only one post completely randomly and unprovoked, it is considered spam. When it happens, it WILL be found and WILL be deleted. The post count of the spammer will be dropped by how the Administrators see fit, and you may lose your right to vote, post, or even read the forums for an amount of time due to the severity of the posts.

#2: No advertising! No no no no no! I will not have it!
-2a: I do not like them either, but to attract more people to the forums, you can use it to an advantage. Think about it.
-2b: My suggestion is to make a forum JUST for advertisements. There should be a certain rules in place there, also...
-A link to these forums MUST be visible on the page you are linking to for an advertisement (A link here on your site for putting one on ours).
-The site you are linking to must NOT have any innapropriate/harmful materials which include, but are not limited to: Extremely vulgar language, sexual content, pornography, (illeagle) ROMS, (illeagle) MODS, (illeagle) Emulators, harmful HTML code, trojans, etc., and anything else that is illeagle, harmful to a computer, or not allowed to be veiwed by anyone under the age of eighteen ( 18 ) years old.
-You may post only ONE (1) topic limited to the Advertisements forum of an advertisement to your site/forum. Any others will be removed when they are spotted. (You may post them in your signature if you wish.)
#2: Advertising should be kept to a minimum and in the advertisement forum. (Follow rules there.)

#3: No acting like a Nephrus: basically, if I give you powers, don't abuse them by closing topics and banning people for the most trivial of reasons.
-3a: I joined those forums that Nephrus is in for the sole reason to see what was going on. Nephrus closed a topic that you revived that hasn't been posted in for over a year, and it was due to be closed anyway. Then you fussed at him, the root administrator of those forums (the creator of the site and forums), of being mean for closing the topic. It seemed that he let it slip by the first time, and even the second after you came back and did it again. It seems it happened several times that you attacked him, and you were the hipocrite by spamming and acting like you were abouve the administrator of the forum. If I had joined a few days before, and told you that you were stupid for closing a topic (4+ times in different topics), you would be ticked off, too. It seems that no one gave Nephrus powers, but he is the one to be giving them. I think you shouldn't use him as an example.
#3: A rule for powerful members: Do not abuse your powers. This means closing a topic just at random, banning someone because you fealt like it, or even just editing someone's post just to make them sound like a complete and total *butt*.

#4: You can flame [PUT THINGS IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS], but only if you need to yell. Doing it for fun will not be tolerated!
-4a: I think you got it backwards. Flaming is harassing another member and is mean. This rule is saying that you my harass a member, but you may not use caps for fun. Sounds kinda ironic, don't ya think?
-4b: Putting things in all caps is called, "shouting", not flaming.
-4c: Remember, shouting can be good if used in a playful manner, but flaming is a BIG no-no.
-4d: I also have to throw in trolling.
#4: Flaming is forbidden. This means fighting with or harassing another member. If you are caught flaming (in a harmful way), you will be in deep crap. (If you and another member are playfully flaming, it can be tolerated, just keep it clean.)
#(5): Shouting is limited. If you decide you will go on an all caps rant, then you may be in trouble if it is too severe. If you do it just to get attention, or in a playful manner, it is alright.
#(6): Trolling is prohibited. This is stalking someone and personally insulting them just to make them mad or feel insecure. If it is caught, you will be thrown into the black abyss of IP ban.

#5: No harassing the people with power higer than yours. If you do, I'll give them the permission to ban you!
-5a: Um, harassment in any form is illeagle. So a person like me who looks for loopholes in laws/rules would think that you are saying it is okay to harass other members, unless they have more power than you. Not right.
-5b: Giving permission to ban people is turning you into a Nephus, isn't it? To to mention, if you are an admin in my world, and someone ticks you off, you should ban them. But then again, I am the leader of the Nudist anarchial facism party. XD
-5c: Um, this kindly goes with the last one.
#X: Removed because it should be the same as before.

#6: No making fun of people because of ranks! If you do you will be banned! You may think I'm being harsh, but I want this to be a place where all kinds and all ages can chat and not feel unwelcome!
-6a: This also is pointless, and goes with the last one I really did question.
-6b: I also believe that no one will make fun of ranks (unless it is me seeing as to how random and stupid some of them sound).[b]
#X²: Also not here because it is pretty much the same as before with harassment.

-7b: There should be some kind of freedom. As I also noticed in Kokiri Forest, they had an "Inapropriate" forum. Now you can take this to any extreme.
-7c: This is a suggestion: Make a single forum in which is limited access (age restriction-- I can help you with this later and more in depth if you want me to via PM.) and you can post what you like, to have that freedom.
#7: Keep all inapropriateness to the specfied forum. Period.

But you yourself is going on a anti-SPAM rant... Look at KANE, so you have nowhere to speak. I am not ordering people around, just making this thread to look for improvements on the rules and sew up some loopholes. I did not make it to argue about who is obviously the Admin. As a matter of fact, I wasn't telling you what to do, but giving you a suggestion on how to keep your dignity by not being hipocritical on the subject of "SPAM police". I didn't ask either of you to completely enter my thread and start talking about how KANE hasn't spammed, which is completely ignoring to topic that you just entered to spam in. By derailing my topic with complete randomness is concidered SPAM, and frankly, I don't like it as much as you do.

I hope this bit of information won't ruin anything with my chances of being a good little boy here and the Admin position you offered me. I am still awaiting the buttone to be uploaded, or a nice little link in the bottom of my screen that allows me to enter the ACP so that I could do it myself.

Now back on topic... I have finished my rewiew on the rules here, and put in my own two sence. Re-read over it now, as I have finished with it. I have left some helpful tips and sugestions in it in which I would like to kindly have read over.
